Special Thai Chicken with Chillies
Heat oil in wok in medium temperature, add chillies and garlic and fry until crisp and golden brown and set aside.
In the remaining oil in the wok, fry the chicken and onion until it is not pink anymore and well cooked.
Add lime juice and vegetables like mushrooms, bamboo shoots and fry for about 2 minutes.
Add the sauces, like oyster sauce tamarind, fish sauce and brown sugar and simmer to cook for10 minutes.
Mix and add the fired chillies and garlic and stir.
Stir twice just to make sure that the sauce juices is mixing evenly.
Serve in a nice serving dish and sprinkle with the chopped coriander.
As usual, you serve this with steamed white rice.
