Rolled Beef Flank (Morcon)

Ingredients:

2 lbs. Beef flanks, cut into thin along the grain of the meat
6 pieces Chorizos or breakfast sausages
6 pieces Whole pickles
6 pieces. Hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup Dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp. Ground pepper
1/4 tsp Sea salt
1 tbsp. Brown sugar
3 pcs. Bay leaves
1 head Garlic, minced

Procedure:

Combined all mixture of soy sauce, ground pepper, salt, sugar, bay leaves and minced garlic in a bowl.

Marinate meat on these mixture for at least 2 hours ( the longer time marinating the better it taste).

Prepare floured foil wrap, ready to roll the marinated meat.

Chorizos/sausages, whole pickles and boiled eggs should be line alternatively in the middle of meat.

Roll the meat very tightly in the floured foil (and make sure both edges are extremely tight so the meat and all the ingredients will stick properly)

Steam for 1 1/2 hours or so until it's cook.

Slice in 1/2 inch to serve or eat.

Serve hot or cold, also for 10 people

Simple tips:

This can be stock on freezer too, so just double the ingredients or make as many as you want and this is very excellent for parties and gatherings.
