Swordfish Teriyaki (Japanese)
Mix all ingredients and marinate fish for 15-20 minutes and remove fish and excess liquid.
Put sauce in a pan then boil and turn off heat.
Pre-heat griller and put grilling net to prevent sticking.
Grill on medium heat one side down 1 minute until cooked, turn over and cook other side.
Then. brush on the sauce and cook about 2-3 times each side.
Place sword fish on plates, add carrot and broccoli to garnish.
