Swordfish Teriyaki (Japanese)


10 ounces Sword fish (available in most big food store selling fish and shell fish)
4 tbsp. Soy sauce
3 tbsp. Sweet sake(mirin)
2 tbsp. Sake wine
1 tsp. White sugar
1 medium Carrot sliced into 1/ 4 inch
1 head Broccoli for garnish


Mix all ingredients and marinate fish for 15-20 minutes and remove fish and excess liquid.

Put sauce in a pan then boil and turn off heat.

Pre-heat griller and put grilling net to prevent sticking.

Grill on medium heat one side down 1 minute until cooked, turn over and cook other side.

Then. brush on the sauce and cook about 2-3 times each side.

Place sword fish on plates, add carrot and broccoli to garnish.
