Steak Bruschetta

 

Italian Grilled Steak Bruschetta

Ingredients:

2 lbs. Boneless beef top sirloin steak, well-trimmed, cut into1 inch thick
6 whole Bread rolls, split each roll
1/2 cup Prepared Italian dressing
1/4 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
1 packet Italian salad dressing mix
2 1/2 cups Spinach leaves, thinly sliced
2 large Tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup Fresh basil, thinly sliced
Procedure:

Lightly brush cut sides of rolls with the prepared dressing.

Place rolls cut sides down on grid over medium ash-covered coals, grill and uncovered to 2 minutes or until golden brown.

Turn the rolls and sprinkle with cheese and grill 2 minutes or until cheese just begins to melt.

Press dressing mix into both sides of beef steak.

Place on grill over medium ash-covered coals, grill and uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes for medium-rare to medium done, turning occasionally.

Combine spinach, tomato and basil and toss.

Place an equal amount to individual servings.

Serve 6 people.


Useful tips:

This recipe is almost easy to make and this can be serve as brunch or afternoon snack.
