Irish Baked Stuffed Herrings
Preheat oven to 350 F temperature.
Make the stuffing by mixing the breadcrumbs, parsley, beaten eggs, lemon juice with rind and salt and pepper.
Stuff the fish with the prepared mixture.
Arrange and lay in an ovenproof dish, close together; add the cider, crumbled bay leaves and salt and pepper.
Cover with foil and bake at 350F for about 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve 6 people.
