Baked Sirloin


Baked Sirloin Steak and Bite Size Potatoes


1lb. Sirloin beef steak, lean
2 cloves Fresh garlic minced finely
or 1 tsp. Garlic powder
1/4 tsp. Fresh ground pepper
4 large Red potatoes, washed and cut into bite size pieces
1 small size Red Bell pepper, washed, cut into strips, seeded remove the membranes
1 small size Green Bell pepper, washed, cut into strips, seeded, remove the membranes
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 can (16 oz.) Mushroom Soup, don't dilute
4 sheets (12x18 inches each) Heavy aluminum foil

Preheat oven to 450 F or preheat grill for 15 minutes in medium-high covered grill.

Prepare the beef mixture by cutting the steak meat in1/2 inch lengthwise and then cut into 1/8 inch strips.

Sprinkle the garlic and pepper, and combine beef with the diced potatoes, bell peppers, mushroom soup and Worcestershire Sauce.

Center 1/4 of prepared beef mixture on each sheet of foil, bring up foil sides.

Double fold top and ends to seal the packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.

Repeat the same procedure to make four packets.

Bake in cookie sheet for 25-30 minutes.

As soon as it cook, open end of each packet first to allow the steam to escape, and then open top of the packet.

Serve 4 people.

Preparation time: 10-15 minutes
